Standard Cancellation and Refund Timeline
More than 72 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Complete reimbursement minus handling charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Handling Charge: €50 for credit card payments
Prerequisites: Must be officially requested either via email or telephone
24-72 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Half of the total charter cost
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Handling Charge: €25 deducted from the refund amount
Prerequisites: A valid justification is necessary; administrative fees are applied
Less than 24 Hours Prior to Charter
Entitled to: Refunds are not available
Exception: Under emergency conditions, consideration may be given
Alternative: Voucher for charter services may be offered at the discretion of management
Prerequisites: Supporting documentation for emergencies is necessary
Cancellation Due to Weather
Our Commitment to Weather Issues
Our utmost priority is safety. In cases where weather conditions are deemed unsuitable for charter operations by our authorized captain, we offer alternative choices:
- Full Refund: The total amount returned if rescheduling isn't feasible
- Reschedule: Change your charter to an alternate date with no extra charges
- Charter Credit: Issuance of a voucher valid for one year from the date of the original charter
Procedures for Weather Evaluation
Weather assessments are inclusive of:
- Analyzing wind velocity and trajectory
- Collating data on wave stature and ocean state
- Visibility range and precipitation predictions
- Notices and cautions from the Coast Guard
- Professional captain's appraisal of security measures
Timeline for Decisions: Determinations on weather-related cancellations are made at the latest 4 hours in advance of the planned departure.
Refunds for Medical Emergencies
Extraordinary Circumstances
Cases of medical urgency are taken into account. Scenarios that might be eligible for special refunds include:
- Sudden medical conditions or injuries necessitating hospital admittance
- Loss within the immediate family circle
- Military conscription or urgent recall
- Legal obligations to attend jury duty or respond to subpoenas
- Natural calamities impacting travel plans
Requirements for Documentation
In order to evaluate requests for emergency refunds, the following evidence is required:
- Medical verification or hospital records
- Death certification (where applicable)
- Authorized military directives
- Judiciary summons or notices for jury duty
- Announcements of travel cautions or emergencies
Processing: Emergency related reimbursements are completed within 3-5 business days once the proper documentation is provided.
Cancellations on Operational Grounds
Technical Difficulties
If the yacht allocated is hampered by mechanical failure that can't be remedied:
- Substitute Yacht: We will endeavor to accommodate a similar substitute
- Full Refund: Provided if no equivalent is accessible
- Partial Refund: If the substitute yacht comes at a different rate
- Reimbursement: Additional remuneration may be considered due to the inconvenience
Unavailability of Crew
On the rare occasion certified crew are unattainable:
- Provision of an alternative crew when feasible
- Complete refund if charter is untenable
- Opportunity to reschedule with no extra cost
Refund Execution
Method of Payment
Reimbursements are credited back to the initial method payment method used during booking:
- Credit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: 3-5 business days

Credit Card Transactions
€50 charge for cancellations requested beyond 72 hours before charter
Processing for Bank Transfers
€25 charge applicable to all bank transfer repayments
International Transaction Processing
There may be additional costs for transactions that are international
Credit for Future Charters
Scenarios for Credit Issuance
In some instances, credits for future charters might be proposed instead of cash refunds:
- Late abortive attempts to cancel (within 24 hours of charter)
- Cancellations due to adverse weather conditions
- Voluntary appeals for rescheduling
- Disruptions related to charter operations
Regulations Governing Credit
- Validity: Applicable for 12 months post-issuance
- Transferability: Non-assignable to other individuals
- Monetary Worth: Corresponds to the complete value of charter free from processing charges
- Utilization: Adaptable to any forthcoming charter availability
- Expiry: Extensions past 12 months are not permitted
Reimbursements for Partial Services
Interruptions in Service
If your yacht rental is inconvenienced or abbreviated due to factors within our sphere of influence:
- A proportional refund contingent on unutilized duration
- Credit equal in worth for a future yacht rental
- Complimentary offerings or enhancements
Guest-Centric Interruptions
In the event that a charter ends prematurely owing to guest misconduct or safety breaches:
- Waiver of refund rights for the remainder of the time
- Full payment is still required
- Potential for additional expenses
Process of Settling Disagreements
If there's a discrepancy with a refund determination, you have the option to:
- Apply for a review by our executive board
- Present supplementary evidence or documents
- Seek intervention from consumer rights organizations
- Consider judicial options in accordance with relevant legislation

Ensure the following details are included in your application:
- Proof of reservation number
- Scheduled date and time of charter

Step 3: Assessment and Execution
Our customer service will acknowledge receipt of your petition within a day, examine it in relation to this arrangement, and issue a verdict within 2 days. Refunds approved by the policy will be processed within the specified durations.
Additional Information
- All appeals for refunds are to be documented in writing
- Repayments are finalized in € regardless of the currency employed for the initial payment
- Having travel insurance is highly advisable
- The terms of this arrangement are subject to alteration with a notice period of 30 days
- Refunds are inclusive of relevant taxes and governed by existing rules
