By reserving a charter or by accessing our Service, you consent to adhere to these Terms. Should you find any part of these terms unacceptable, you are advised not to use the Service.

2. Service Overview

LeafyCornerHub offers a range of high-end yacht charter services, which includes, but is not limited to:

• Yacht hire for day trips
• Evening boat rides

• Exclusive gatherings
• Extended yacht vacations

Availability of services is contingent upon certain factors such as weather conditions. The decision to adjust or cancel services rests with us at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, one must:

• Be no younger than 18 years old
• Submit information that is both precise and exhaustive
• Remit the stipulated deposit as denoted in the booking confirmation
• Concur with these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is deemed confirmed solely upon the receipt of your payment and our subsequent written confirmation. We reserve the full authority to decline our service to anyone at our own discretion.

3.3 Availability

The charter's confirmation is dependent on the availability of the vessel and appropriate weather circumstances. We shall endeavor to oblige your preferred scheduling wherever feasible.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our stated pricing is in €. These prices include any relevant taxes unless declared otherwise. Price adjustments may be made at any moment without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: A payment equating to 50% of the entire charter cost is due at the time of reservation
• Balance: The remaining cost must be paid in full 48 hours before the charter departs
• Additional fees (should they arise): Payable upon the charter's conclusion

4.3 Payment Methods

Payments can be fulfilled through several methods such as major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified cheques. We ensure the secure processing of payments via encrypted methods.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Full refund minus processing fees for cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to departure
• A 50% refund is available for cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before departure

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In case the weather is deemed unsafe for sailing by our captain, options provided will include:

• A reschedule of the charter to the soonest possible availability without additional fees
• A complete refund in case rescheduling proves unfeasible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

Should there be any mechanical issues with the vessel allocated for your charter, efforts will be made to furnish an appropriate substitute. If we cannot supply a replacement vessel, a full reimbursement will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

All guests must:

• Comply with guidance from the crew
• Dress in safety gear when it is mandated
• Disclose any medical conditions that could impact their safety at sea
• Stay within specified areas on the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items listed below are not allowed on the boat:

• Glassware
• Unlawful materials
• Guns or other armaments
• Excessive amounts of non-alcoholic drinks beyond what would be considered moderate consumption
• Animals (except when given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully at all times. Should a passenger's conduct create a risk to safety or interfere with the enjoyment of other guests, we reserve the right to terminate the charter prematurely and without a refund.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our responsibility for any claims is limited to the amount you have paid for the charter. We shall not be liable for:

• Injuries to persons caused by their own carelessness
• Damage to, or loss of, personal belongings
• Indirect, incidental, or punitive losses
• Delays resulting from adverse weather or events outside our sphere of influence

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Comprehensive marine insurance is held by us to cover our vessels and operations. It is the passenger's duty to acquire their own insurance for travel and personal effects.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

Participation in our charter services implies acceptance of the inherent dangers associated with maritime activities, with individuals assuming responsibility for their own safety and security.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the authority to alter itineraries, routes, or timetables due to considerations such as weather or safety, or for operational necessities. Should there be changes, we will strive to provide a comparable alternative experience.

9. Force Majeure

We are absolved from any responsibility for hold-ups, cancellations, or alterations brought on by circumstances that are out of our control, such as:

• Severe climatic conditions
• Acts of nature
• Regulatory actions
• Harbor closures
• Unexpected equipment failures
