What does a typical yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a seasoned crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Different types of services have various inclusions — for example, sunset cruises come with gourmet appetizers and premium drinks, whereas business charters may include meeting facilities and corporate catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest reserving at least 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during the busy period (May–September). For professional functions and private celebrations, booking 4–6 weeks ahead ensures better availability and time for personalization of the service.
What if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?
Your safety is our utmost concern. If our captain determines that the weather conditions are hazardous, we will propose an alternate date for your charter or issue a complete refund. We monitor forecasts consistently and will get in touch with you a day prior if the weather seems likely to disrupt your plans.
Is it permissible to bring my own food and refreshments?
Indeed, guests may bring their own meals and drinks. Alternatively, we provide exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. Please be aware that for safety concerns, glassware is not allowed onboard.
Do your vessels cater to people with mobility impairments?

What are the terms of your cancellation policy?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled departure, you are entitled to a full refund. Those who cancel between 24 to 72 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the departure are non-refundable, except in cases of adverse weather conditions or if unforeseen mechanical issues on our part prevent the charter from happening.
